Happy Republic chronicles the life of two young characters, Eva and Utkan, who share a past in the decrepit Republic of Usyria and serendipitously become partners in crime. The Republic, which is slowly descending towards bankruptcy, has left its distraught citizens in a desperate struggle to survive. In this saga, Eva and Utkan are no exception.
